Bullard blow for Town Ipswich manager Paul Jewell will be without Jimmy Bullard for the visit of Hull. Midfielder Bullard has played a key part in Town's resurgence under Jewell but is not available under the terms of his loan move from parent club Hull. Captain David Norris remains out for another fortnight with the knee and ankle injuries he suffered at Barnsley last Saturday so Mark Kennedy may be required to move into midfield from left-back. Striker Jason Scotland has been talking up a move back to former club Swansea but came off the bench to score at Oakwell last weekend and was back in the starting XI for the 6-0 thrashing of Doncaster in midweek. He will be flanked by Lee Martin and Connor Wickham - who scored his first career hat-trick at the Keepmoat. Goalkeeper Brian Murphy has stepped up his comeback from a broken ankle after coming out of plaster and will be back in around six weeks, meaning Marton Fulop will continue. Hull's new loan signing Jack Hobbs could go straight into the starting line-up. Hobbs, 22, joined the Tigers from Leicester until the end of the season on Tuesday to team back up with former Foxes boss Nigel Pearson. City will be without Paul McShane, who has joined Barnsley in a two-month loan deal. Pearson will also be able to call on James Harper after the midfielder missed the last two games due to a foot problem. Goalkeeper Vito Mannone, on loan from Arsenal, is still working his way back to full fitness after a groin injury and winger Richard Garcia is making steady progress following knee surgery. Pearson has no new injury or suspension problems as his side look to extend their unbeaten league run to eight games.
