Barcelona vs Real Madrid Preview:
Real Madrid assistant coach Aitor Karanka believes the Spanish Supercopa can be theirs if they can match the performance they produced in Sunday's first leg against Barcelona in Wedneday's return meeting at the Nou Camp.

The first clash finished in a 2-2 draw at the Bernabeu with Madrid taking an early lead through Mesut Ozil, Barca hitting back to lead 2-1 at half-time through goals from David Villa and Lionel Messi, and then the home side drawing level thanks to Xabi Alonso.

That result leaves European and Spanish champions Barca holding a slight advantage heading into tomorrow's second leg, but Karanka is confident Madrid can clinch the first piece of silverware of the Spanish season if they perform as well as they did at home.

Karanka said: "If we play like at the Bernabeu we can bring the the Supercopa to Madrid. We had chances to win the game. If we create the same in Barcelona I'm sure they will go in.

"We are focused on the game. We are playing for a title and we are going there with a scoreline which requires us to win.

"The team has to go out looking for the win from the start, play at a good level like the other day and hopefully what is seen on the pitch is reflected on the scoresheet."

Karanka, who took tonight's pre-match press conference instead of head coach Jose Mourinho, also revealed Madrid would be tinkering with their startling line-up.

"There will be changes. We know the XI that will start, but we aren't going to announce it," he said.

Madrid have named a 22-man squad for the trip to the Nou Camp, with Esteban Granero, Alvaro Morata and Tomas Mejias added to the group. Summer signings Nuri Sahin and Hamit Altintop are still missing through injury.

Wednesday's match could see Cesc Fabregas make his Barcelona debut after he completed his long-awaited move from Arsenal yesterday, although coach Pep Guardiola was giving little away in his pre-match press conference.

"We'll see tomorrow. He's trained well. I'm sure he'll be in the squad but we will see tomorrow if he plays 90 minutes, 40, or whatever,'' said Guardiola, who has few concerns about the Spain international settling into the squad.

"He knows the majority of the people and knows how to play football very well.''

Guardiola, whose side only had limited preparation for the first leg as a squad largely due to international commitments, admits his side need to improve on their Bernabeu performance if they are to claim the Supercopa.

"They (Madrid) were better in the first leg and, although we've improved, I think they are still better. If the return leg was inside two weeks it would be different. We have to play better than in the Bernabeu if we are going to win the Supercopa.

"We will have to be a little faster than we were the other day. We are a little bit behind and we must have a great game to lift this title.

Regarding what concerns him about Madrid, Guardiola said: "Absolutely everything worries me about Madrid and we have to correct things that we did the other day to win the game.''

Guardiola is waiting on the fitness of Spain trio Carles Puyol, Gerard Pique and Sergio Busquets.
